When will my room/appartement be ready?
Your accommodation will be ready latest at 1500.
Whick payments are accepted?
Cash, Visa and Mastercard, Debitcard and Prepayment
I want to cancel or change my reservation:
For direct reservations please contact info@waldhof.biz (+43 699 1307 0864).
For reservations via Booking.com or Hotels.com please use the respective website
Is WiFi available?
yes, Wifi is free in your room and the Restaurant. Password is available upon check in
How far is the Hotel from Villach City-Centre?
Villach City Centre is located ca 7km or 10min by car.
Do you provide free parking?
Yes, we have sufficent parking spaces for our guests available
Do you have parking places for long vehicles or boat trailers?
Yes, there is place for trailers and busses, please use the parking area next to the street and advise upon check in
Do you offer a lockable room for bicycles?
We have a lockable bike-room
Do you offer a ski-room?
Yes – we have a heated room for ski and skishoes.
Do you offer laundry service?
We offer a self service washing maschine and dryer for a small fee.
Can i bring my pet?
yes – pets are permitted, please have your dog online on the Hotel-Property.
We charge € 12,- per pet / day.
I have a food allergy- can you provide special food?
upon request we can proved special food or gluten free food. Please note this request at your reservation

yes, upon request we can provide vegetarian or pork-free food.
Do you offer a Minibar in your room
There is no Minibar in your room or appartement
Is the property accessable for handicapped guests (wheelchair)?
yes – the Restaurant is located in the groundfloor and accessible. The restaurant toilets are barrier-free accessible for wheelchairs. We offer one barrierfree appartement for our guests. Please state this request at the reservation.
