Appartements Nr 31 and 32 in our separate single house are available after complete renovation.

Appartement Nr 31 is on the groundfloor, there are two separate sleeping rooms and a kitchen plus big terrasse and a huge garden – ideal for families.

Appartement Nr. 32 is on the first floor, sleeping room, living room with extra double sofa and big kitchen.

We all know, that travelling by car in winter or summertime can have some non-predictable effects. Our check in is available until 10pm. If you are delayed by traffic jams (border control, highway) or your car has broken down, or if your business meating will last longer than expected, please call Mrs. Groff via +43 664 2622684 as soon as possible to receive code and room number.

We have a key safe in front of the house below the balcony.

We have changed to concept of our Restaurant. The Restaurant will serve small snacks and drinks only from 1500-2200. Also local draft beer and great Austrian wines are available.

Company Meetings, Weddings and Christmas Parties are available on request.
